PURPOSE: An advertising device capable of using a software and a hardware is provided to use a computer, software, and network without payment. CONSTITUTION: A user computer(140) is leased and used by a user. A service connection server(100) manages and controls the user computers(140), transmits an advertisement adapted to a user's characteristic, and manages a conventional network information service and a software using. An advertisement supplying server(110) manages an advertising company and supplies and manages an advertisement as a proper form and contents. A hardware company(130) supplies peripheral devices as the user computer(140), a printer, a scanner, and a camera. A software company(120) supplies software. A network company(150) supplies a network service. An advertisement file manufactured by the advertising company is displayed through the advertisement supplying server(110). If the user wants to use the user computer(140), a user profile is checked through a database(160) and money is checked. The user computers(140) are connected through the service connection server(100).
