CONSTITUTION: A plurality of users connects to a system for calculating and analyzing a building construction expense using a record of a construction expense using the Internet(s100). The users select a building extremely similar to a building for calculating a construction expense thereof and grasp a construction summary of the selected building(s200). A plane constitution of the building selected by the users is selected(s300). An elevation constitution of the building selected by the users is selected(s400). A section constitution of the building selected by the users is selected(s500). An internal constitution of the building selected by the users is selected(s600).
