PURPOSE: A contactless smart tag using an RF IC is provided to use an RF IC conveniently by manufacturing an RF IC which is used in a traffic charge or a certification of an entrance and exit in various forms, attaching the RF IC on a mobile article as a mobile phone or a watch, and amplifying a signal being transmitted in the RF IC by a ferrite panel and a chopper coil. CONSTITUTION: The first and second connection points(13,14) are formed at an internal central portion of a central case(12) at a predetermined interval. Antenna chopper coils(15,16) being extended from the connection points(13,14) are wound on the outer circumferential surface of a central case(12). An RF IC(17) is electrically connected to the connection points(13,14), respectively. A front surface cover and a rear surface cover are combined at the front surface of the rear surface of the central case(12) for protecting the central case(12). A ferrite panel is mounted between the central case(12) and the rear surface cover for amplifying an output of a transmission signal being output through the chopper coils(15,16). An adhesive is applied on the surface of the rear surface cover for an attachment on an article as a mobile phone.
