PURPOSE: An optical head device of a disk driver is provided to easily adjust an interval between two lens when the lens are assembled to a slider, and to increase recording density of information and improve discriminating power of signals by precisely adjusting the interval between the two lens. CONSTITUTION: An optical head device of a disk driver includes a slider(60), first and second lens(70,80), and a height adjusting part. The slider is supported by a suspension(50) inside the disk driver and has a focusing hole(62) perforated vertically to allow passage of light source. The first and second lens are fixed at an upper portion and a lower portion of the focusing hole of the slider respectively. The height adjusting part is located at a place between the first lens and the focusing hole or a place between the second lens and the focusing hole to adjust a distance between the first lens and the second lens.
