PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect copyright by limiting the number of times of information reproduction, that is the reproduction of software such as cinema and music and the installing of software such as application program to one time or several times by a data distributor side, in an optical memory element and a reproducing method of the optical memory element. SOLUTION: This optical memory element 10 is provided with an optical guide members consisting of a resin core layer 2 and resin clad layers 3 laminated at both planes of the resin core layer, the element 10, having a ruggedness part for information on at least one side of boundary of the resin core layer 2 and the resin clad layer 3, and reproduces information of the ruggedness part for information by incident light to the core layer. The element 10 is also provided with a deterioration layer deteriorating by light. |
