The user 60 requests equipment to a hardware/software lending system 30 at need and rents the equipment to perform designing and constructing operation. Furthermore, the user 60 consults an expert in a system construction supporting structure at need. After finishing the operation, the user pays a rental fee in response to the request from an adjustment system 50. |
