PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of advertisement information for consumers, to acquire information related to the effect of advertisement information, and to improve the advertisement effect of advertisement information. SOLUTION: An advertisement agent generates many electronic storage mediums 400 such as CD-ROMs or DVD-ROMs in which advertisement leaflets generated as electronic documents on the basis of requests from sponsors, electronic documents of other public information, and a browsing program which allows these electronic documents to be used in a consumer terminal 100 are stored, and these mediums 400 are delivered to individual consumer homes. Consumers to which electronic storage mediums 400 have been delivered load them to their own consumer terminals 100 and perform the browsing program 410 in electronic storage mediums 400 to browse advertisement leaflets and other public information. |
