PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver of an electric motor without, using an expensive 1-chip IC having a complicated dielectric process, in a drive control of a blowing motor used for various type household electrical appliances. SOLUTION: The driver of the electric motor comprises a pre-drive IC 5, a transistor array 6, and a MOSFET array 12 as the main constituents. The array 6 and the array 12 are controlled to be conducted by the IC 5, to enable the motor to be controlled to be driven. |
