PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service satisfying desires of respective customers using a universal design taxi including a handicapped person or an aged person by having each driver empathically interact with a customer found by oneself. SOLUTION: A business corporation 10 provides necessary education as a driver of the universal design taxi to a driver D, obtains an evaluation on the driver D from a customer C, and saves it in a computer 20. By repeating the education and the evaluation, quality of the driver D is enhanced until necessary knowledge and experience as a driver of the universal design taxi reaches a prescribed level.
