METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT SEPARATION-TYPE ADHESIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat separationtype adhesive sheet, able to improve the smoothness of the surface of an adhesive layer when a heat separation-type adhesive sheet having a thermally expanding adhesive layer containing thermally expanding microspheres is manufactured. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a heat separation-type adhesive sheet is applicable to the manufacturing of a heat separation-type adhesive sheet having a thermally expanding adhesive layer containing thermally expanding microspheres on at least one side of a base material. The method is carried out as follows: a thermally expanding adhesive layer is formed on a base material; and subsequently the treated base material is subjected to at least one process selected from (i) a process where a separable film is stuck on a surface of the thermally expanding adhesive layer to form a laminate, and (ii) a process of a pressure treatment.
