PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscopic apparatus with information display which allows simple setting of arbitrary display information, is simple in constitution and is inexpensive. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display member 35 is arranged on an observation optical path of a relay lens device 2 arranged between a microscopic body 1 and a camera body 16 for picking up a sample image and the information displayed by this liquid crystal display member 35 is controlled by an information control section 31.
