PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an optical element which is fixed to a holder made of an L-shaped plate and a mold with screws from turning by turning the screws with force. SOLUTION: In an optical device which is provided with a container 16 which accommodates optical systems 1 to 6d, and on which an opening 18 for passing optical beam is formed, and a holder member 17 which is fixed on the container and holds optical elements 9 and 10 which are arranged oppositely to the opening on the outside of the container 16, the holder member is press-engaged so that the holder member is rotatable around an optical axis at the peripheral part of the opening of the container by means of the elasticity of the holder member.
