PIPING SYSTEM IN MULTI-DWELLING HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping system in a multi-dwelling house capable of improving the degree of freedom for drawing about so as to efficiently perform piping and wiring without any increase in floor height by providing a floor slab on a beam in a common part such as a corridor or the like in a reverse beam method in which a floor slab is provided below a beam in a dwelling unit part. SOLUTION: The dwelling house part 4 provided among a pillar 1, a beam-to- beam directional beam 2 and a girder directional beam 3 has a double floor structure in which the floor slab 5 is disposed below the beams 2, 3 to form a space area for installing a pipe 21. In the common part 10 provided outside the pillars 1 surrounding the dwelling unit part 4, the floor slab 2 is disposed above an overhanging beam 11. The floor slab 5 of the dwelling unit part 4 and the floor slab 12 of the common part 10 are disposed in a lower position and an upper position of the girder directional beam 3 provided in a boundary part between the dwelling unit part 4 and the common part 10 to form a double- level floor.
