PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head part joint structure capable of effectively reducing bending moment generated in a pile head part by easily rotating the pile head part when a horizontal shearing force acts on a pile head while a pile holds an inherent high vertical supporting force. SOLUTION: A foundation slab and a pile are mutually connected by a steel pipe having a plurality of recessed and projecting streaks, and the steel pipe is filled with concrete continuous with the foundation slab.
