PURPOSE: A system for switching personal information at communication terminal by wireless and personal DB managing system linked with internet are provided to update user information in storage units of communication terminals. CONSTITUTION: User information is called in a storage unit(11) of a user personal information communication terminal(s1), and a displaying window(12) decides an opening level of user information and transmits the information to a modulating unit(13). The information in the modulating unit(13) is reached to a communication terminal of other person through an infrared transmitting unit(15) and a local wireless network(L). At this time, other communication terminal(s1) demodulates the user information received in infrared rays receiving unit(26) and decides storage of the user information at displaying window(23) of other person. The user information is stored in other communication terminal storage(22) and an Internet personal DB(21) by a wire/wireless Internet connection(L-1).
