PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the classifying system of a slip and the like, which reduces the load of processing work such as classification following the transfer of the expired slip in an office and can make the timing of the transfer of the expired slip to an agency to be early. SOLUTION: A host computer 2 generates printing data 231 for arraying the slips by individual offices and individual agencies for the respective types of the slips 5 and printing the slips 5 from slip data 221 related to a due date. A printing means 6 prints data and a slip group 51 where the slips 5 are arrayed is formed. One or a plurality of slip groups are allocated to and arranged in terminal equipment 4 connected to a server computer 3. The slip 5 is selected by classification data 311 generated based on slip data 221 in the server computer 3. The slips 5 are classified so that they are selected and collected by the individual agencies from the slip groups for the respective types.
