PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance and management method and maintenance and management system for thermal components and water treatment equipment for quickly coping with abnormality. SOLUTION: In this maintenance and management system, a communication line 1 connecting between the installation site and the management base is provided between them. The management base has a database 2 storing various information on the thermal components and/or water treatment equipment, and a control device 3 for drawing out the information meeting an information providing request to various information from the installation site side from the database 2, and transmitting the information meeting the request drawn out from the database 2 through the communication line to the installation site. The installation site has an information retrieval device 4 giving an information providing request for various information to the control device 3 through the communication line 1, receiving the information meeting the request transmitted through the communication line 1 from the control device 3 and confirming the contents of the information. |
