PURPOSE: A plug device is provided to selectively insert an insertion hole of a plug socket by a plug, and to elastically open the insertion hole of the plug socket, thereby minimizing a projected degree of the plug and preventing an electric shock. CONSTITUTION: A plug socket(100) comprises as follows. At least one insertion groove(15) has an operation hole(12) on a body(10). An operation bar(22) is inserted into the operation hole. An insertion connector(20) forms plug socket insertion holes(25) on both sides, and is inserted to elastically emerge by a spring(30). The insertion connector emerges to open/close the plug socket insertion holes, and is supported by a locker. A plug(200) is composed of a semicircular insertion body(50). The semicircular insertion body is inserted into the plug socket insertion holes in a side direction.
