HOME AUTOMATION CONTROL METHOD USING REMOTE CONTROLLER SIGNAL INFORMATION DATABASES

摘要

PURPOSE: A home automation control method using remote controller signal information DBs(DataBases) is provided to control home appliances in a home automation system using remote controller signal information databases according to control commands from a user. CONSTITUTION: Remote controller signal DBs(18,54) are respectively installed at a home server(10) and a database server(50). The home server(10) obtains a relevant home appliance's remote controller signal information for a user's control command from its own remote controller signal DB(18). In case that relevant remote controller signal information doesn't exist, the home server(10) downloads the relevant remote controller signal information from the database server(50). In this case the home server(10) stores the downloaded information in its own remote controller signal DB(18).
