PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone generator which enables increase of ozone gas concentration generated by the generator and miniaturization of an ozone water flow device. SOLUTION: The ozone generator comprises inserting a dielectric substance 5 between a dielectric electrode 3 and an ignition electrode 4 facing each other, forming an enclosed space S by enveloping the ignition electrode 4 in a cover 2, making surface creepage from the ignition electrode 4 by passing high-voltage alternating current between the electrodes, injecting a source gas of air or oxygen through a feed opening 8 set on one part of the enclosed space S and blasting out ozone generated by energy of ion in discharge plasma through a vomitory 9 set on the other part while forming a serpentine guide channel 10 to guide the source gas between the feed opening 8 and the vomitory 9 of the enclosed space S.
