PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a corrosion prevention property as desired for various kinds of resin materials without degradation in their strength. SOLUTION: Corrosion-preventive liquid composed of 0.5 wt.%-10 wt.% of a fluorine-base corrosion-preventive agent contained with a fluorine-base diluting agent is applied to the external peripheral surface of an outer ring 5 and the internal peripheral surface of an inner ring 4, to form volatile corrosion- preventive membranes 9a, 9b.
