PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin composition, excellent in flame retardancy, particularly displaying flame-retarding effect by shape-keeping effect, and further excellent in mechanical strength and thermal properties. SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based resin composition has an oxygen index of 24 or above, and also the maximum exothermic rate of 400 kW/m2 or below under radiation heating of 50 kW/m2 for 30 min. based on ASTM E 1354.
