PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog-digital conversion circuit that can easily revise the design of a layout pattern to revise a resolution in a short time and to provide a layout generating method, a layout generator and a layout generating program. SOLUTION: A module 10 is adopted for a 1st stage circuit, a 2nd stage circuit, and a 3rd stage circuit of the analog/digital conversion circuit 1. Each module 10 includes a sub analog/digital converter 2, a digital/analog converter 3, a subtraction amplifier 4, and an S/H amplifier 5 and has an input signal line 21, an output signal line 22, a control signal line 23, a power wiring 31 and a ground wiring 32. Each module 10 has a common circuit layout and a common wiring pattern.
