PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a clear display in high contrast. SOLUTION: A hardening agent is applied to a honeycomb cell before being expanded. A static mixer is mounted to a tip of a nozzle for supplying the honeycomb cell inside an electrophoresing display panel with a liquid containing a magnetic material. After the honeycomb cell has been filled with the liquid, the liquid is defoamed.
