PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a terminal serving as a transmission destination according to the type of transmission data. SOLUTION: An information communication method comprises a step receiving designation of information to be transmitted and information for specifying a user from a second terminal of the user, a determination step determining whether the information to be transmitted is a first type information or not on the basis of the designation of the information to be transmitted, and an information transmitting step. In the information transmitting step, the information is transmitted to the previously registered first terminal matching the user if the information to be transmitted is determined to be the first type one in the determination step, while the information is transmitted to the second terminal if the information to be transmitted is a second type one.
