PURPOSE: Provided is a cooking method with adding extracts of green tea and Houttuynia Cordata, thereby providing health-dishes which clear blood, have skin care effects and preventive effects on adult diseases, contain abundant vitamin C and reduce blood cholesterol level. CONSTITUTION: The cooking method with adding extracts of green tea and Houttuynia Cordata is characterized by mixing each extract of green tea(45%) and Houttuynia Cordata(45%) by a physical method; mixing Acanthopanax powders(5%) and Lycium chinense MILL. powders(5%); mixing the above mixtures together to prepare a composition; and adding the composition with seasonings while cooking.
