PURPOSE: A row redundancy circuit is provided, which improves a repair efficiency of a fuse circuit. CONSTITUTION: Cell arrays(71a-71d) comprise a plurality of word lines(wl<0:n>), and redundant word lines(rwl<0:3>) are added to the inside of the cell arrays respectively. Sense amplifier circuits(87) sense and amplify the word line and the redundant word line signal on both sides of the cell arrays. A driving circuit part(4) drives the cell arrays and the redundant word lines. And a control circuit part(5) operates the driving circuit part selectively.
