<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stutter voice correction system and guidance method for a stutter voice correction technique. SOLUTION: When a reception signal section 1 receives an electronic mail M relating to stutter voice correction, a guide message section 2 makes a question as to whether a request is made for guidance of training of what stage and a question as to which kind among the previously assumed plural typical questions R1 for the stutter voice correction in this stage. A primary answering section 3 collects the replies as to whether the request is made for guidance of training of what stage and the answers corresponding to the questions in this stage, collects the information on the stutter voice correction persons previously registered in the following stutter voice correction person correction information recording section 5 and makes the typical answers R2 conceivably corresponding to the answers from the stutter voice correction persons. The answers are made in detail when the stutter voice correction persons cannot sufficiently understand the ways of the stutter voice correction training with only the answers of the primary answering section 3.
