PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive controller which compensates only a desired frequency band with an adaptive filter for shorter identification time of an object to be controlled, and to provide a shaking table capable of compensating, on line, a fluctuation of a shaking table transmission characteristics, etc., caused by an object to be tasted. SOLUTION: Band pass filters 11A and 11B wherein a compensated frequency band is a pass band are acted on a target shaking table response signal 105 and actual shaking table response signal 106 to generate signals 109 and 110. A mask signal 112 which is generated by allowing white noise 111 to act on a band stop filter 13 in which a compensated frequency band is a block band, is applied on the signals 109 and 110. Then an identifying means 15 identifies real time a difference between an actual transmission characteristics and a target transmission characteristics of an object 1 to be controlled, for changing a coefficient of an adaptive filter 8. |
