PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and stabilize formation of a soaking film in particular on the inner peripheral surface of a recessed groove, in a floor material for heating a floor provided with a recessed groove to contain a pipe for hot water serving as a heating source. SOLUTION: A metal is sprayed against a recessed groove 2, containing a pipe for hot water or an electric heater, by using a metal spraying device to form a metal-sprayed film 4a functioning as a soaking film. The metal- sprayed film 4a may be formed over the whole surface of a wood base plate. |
