PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive roller by continu ously vulcanizing ion conductive polymer composition, and to provide the conduc tive roller manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The ion conductive polymer composition whose value of scorching T5 (min) at 130.0 deg.C±0.5 deg.C is 1.5 to 20 in a Mooney scorch test in an unvulcanized rubber physical testing method mentioned in JIS K6300, and also, whose Mooney viscosity ML(1+4) at 100 deg.C is 5 to 95 is extruded from an extrusion machine and continuously vulcanized.
