PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution of decorative cloth panel by removing as needed peripheral edges and cleaning and exchanging them when they are damaged after the execution. SOLUTION: A decorative cloth panel 23 is assembled by installing it to an axial member 12 fixed vertically on a wall substrate 11. A top panel 13, the back surface of the decorative cloth panel 23, and the front side of the axial member 12 are provided with projections 14, 24 and fixing parts 15, 25 that lock with each other. The projection 14 of the top panel 13 and the axial member 12 forms a locking structure with the fixing part 15, fixed at front and back, and adhered on top, bottom, left, and right sides. The projection 24 of the decorative cloth panel 23 at the bottom and the axial member 12 forms a locking structure with the fixing part 25, fixed at front and back, and locked by moving downward. The decorative cloth panel 23 is constituted by covering a flat flame 31 with a cloth 32 on which a segmented part of the design is extracted. The segmented parts of the design of the decorative cloth panel 23 recreate a continuous design on the wall.
