PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange terminal connection information registered by a terminal 1 with terminal connection information registered by a terminal 2 before movement through the operation of the terminal 1 or the terminal 2 after movement. SOLUTION: A control section 40 detects off-hook of the terminal 1, discriminates whether or not the terminal 1 is a connection information exchange object terminal, requests input of an extension number when the terminal 1 is an object terminal, discriminates the presence of registration of the entered extension number in a connection information management table, discriminates the coincidence between the extension number and a terminal identification number when the registration is made, requests entry of a password when they are coincident, mutually rewrites between a software management number of a physical port of the terminal 1 and a software management number of a physical port of the terminal 2 in a physical port correspondence table, and mutually rewrites between the software management number of the physical port of the terminal 1 and the software management number of the physical port of the terminal 2 in the connection information management table.
