SOLUTION: This wiring conduit installed with a power supply control part 4 having a human body sensor 2 and/or a brightness sensor 3 at the end part of the wiring conduit 1, and wherein the lighting fixing 5 connected with the wiring conduit 1 by this power supply control part 4 is made controllable.
