PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales supporting method for improving business efficiency by associating electronic commerce with a real business activity and for improving a customer satisfaction degree and to provide a server device and a program. SOLUTION: A customer operates a user terminal 300 and accesses a web page showing commodity information which a server 100 supplies through the Internet 200. When the customer is to communicate with a person in charge of business on commodity information shown on a web page, the server 100 is informed of the effect. The server 100 selects the person in charge of business based on information received from the user terminal 300 and transmits information on the customer and information on the commodity which the customer desires to the terminal 40 of the selected person in charge of business by an electronic mail.
