<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an in-plane temperature distribution of a solar battery module during cross-link aging of EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) resins after laminate process when the solar battery module is manufactured, and enhance reliability by reducing a dispersion of a crosslinking rate of the EVA resins. SOLUTION: After laminate process when a solar battery module 23 is manufactured, EVA resins(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate resins) are subjected to cross-link aging by using an oven 20 for manufacturing the solar battery module which can ventilate a hot air 21 in one direction X1 and in another direction X2. By so doing, the solar battery module 23 is uniform in an in-plane temperature distribution, and also quickly reaches a setting temperature. Thus, a dispersion of a crosslinking rate of the EVA resins is lessened to enhance reliability, and also a time period of the cross-link aging can be decreased and this contributes to an increase in the number of production per unit time.</p> |
