ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT SYSTEM AND COOLING DEVICE USED FOR PORTABLE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment system which can obtain desired cooling performance without sacrificing the portability and is mounted on an installation surface at a stable attitude while electronic equipment and a cooling device are connected to each other. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment system is equipped with a housing 5 which contains a semiconductor package 17 generating heat, a portable computer 1 having a display unit 4 which can rotate along the depth of the housing, and the cooling device 2 which cools this portable computer. The cooling device has a device main body 55 which is smaller than the housing and placed on the installation surface together with the housing and this device main body has a mount part where the rear half part of the housing is detachably mounted. The rear end part of the device main body is fitted with a leg 122 which is rotatable between a 1st position where it comes into contact with the installation surface while projecting to behind the device main body and a 2nd position where it is store the device main body.
