PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent/flame-retardant/antimicrobial textile product having antimicrobial effect with high industrial laundering durability, having flame retardancy meeting to the flameproofness standard, and having high water repellency and an antifouling effect, and to provide a method for producing the textile product using the same. SOLUTION: This water-repellent/flame-retardant/antimicrobial textile structural product is characterized by comprising synthetic fibers that have a surface area per g of the final product of >=0.1 m2, molecular weight of 200-700 and inorganicity/organicity ratio of 0.3-1.4, contain a pyridine-based antimicrobial agent <=2μm in average particle size and a flame retardant of halogenated cycloalkane compound and/or phosphorus-based compound and bear a fluorine- based water repellent on the fiber surface.
