PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of a conventional voltage conversion circuit by a pulse width varying system which is inappropriate as a voltage conversion circuit for supplying source voltage to an integrated circuit which can be operated at a low voltage, since the circuit itself consumes much power, since the circuit requires a high-speed counter circuit, etc., as a control circuit. SOLUTION: A voltage conversion circuit has an output signal generating circuit 200, composed of a reference pulse signal generating circuit 201 for forming a reference pulse signal whose pulse width is constant, a first delay circuit 202 for delaying the reference pulse signal by an arbitrary time, and a second delay circuit 210 for delaying the output signal of the first circuit 202 by an arbitrary time. Its output voltage is changed, according to the pulse period of an output pulse signal Dout of a variable pulse period which is generated by this pulse circuit 200.
