PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an access network system in which a call signal pattern being provided by an exchange is transmitted to the subscriber side even when the interface for connection with the exchange is an analog line and a service is provided to the subscriber. SOLUTION: A CT 109b detects presence of a call signal received from an exchanger 103b at a call signal detecting section 205 and recognizes occurrence of a terminating call. A signal pattern recognizing section 209 recognizes a pattern using the present state of a call signal and a timer 213.
