PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system switching system by hardware control that uses only a hardware circuit for selecting an active system or a standby system of duplicate devices having a function of selecting the active system or the standby system by a main signal data between the devices so as to educe the switching time. SOLUTION: The switching system comprises a master device that transmits a system switching permission signal and a slave device of a duplication configuration that has a 0 system device and a 1 system device, receives the system switching permission signal sent from the master device and can operate the 0 system device or the 1 system device in response to the system switching permission signal by handling the one for the active system and the other for the standby system, and the slave device has a 0 system package that interfaces the communication between the master device and the 0 system device via a 1st communication channel and a 1 system package that interfaces the communication between the master device and the 1 system device via a 2nd communication channel.
