PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power line bridge with high reliability that can remarkably reduce disabled communication or deteriorated communication between different phases. SOLUTION: In the case that power-line carrier communication equipment S1 transmits data to power-line carrier communication equipment S2 by a broadcast system, the data pass through the isolator section 12 of the power-line bridge 10, only the signal component is fed to a filter 14, which passes the signal component of the carrier frequency band and eliminates the noise component. A transmission reception section in a CPU 16 reads its own address and an opposite party address of a header part of the received signal and collates them with addresses in an address memory. When the collation indicates communication between same phases, the passing of the signal component is rejected. Furthermore, in the case that the power-line carrier communication equipment S1 transmits data to power-line carrier communication equipment S3, the CPU 16 reads its own address and an opposite party address of the header part of the received signal component and collates them with addresses of the address memory. When the collation discriminates communication between different phases, the passing of the signal component is permitted.
