PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity of temperature distribution in the axial direction of a heating roller, without making a device larger in size. SOLUTION: Inductive coils 13 provided with a pair of extension coil parts 24, 25 extended along an axis direction of a heating roller 12 equipped with a conductive layer 22 generating heat in alternating magnetic field, and a pair of bent coil end parts 27 each being arranged near both end parts of the heating roller 12, communicating with both ends of each extension coil part 24, 25, extended along the peripheral direction of the hearting roller 12, and combining each end part with the other of each extended coils 24, 25, are fitted with an interval outside in the radial direction from the outer periphery face of the heating roller 12. A flux distribution adjustment member 14, made of a magnetic material, is arranged in the vicinity of the bent coil end parts 27 of the inductive coils 13.
