PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably pump up oil in an oil reservoir to a pump. SOLUTION: A cutout is provided on a bulkhead 11 on the opposite side of a discharge port 6 and formed into a communicating port 12 to communicate two upper and lower spaces to each other on a rotary compressor devised to provide the discharge port 6 on a closed container side wall on the lower side of the bulkhead 11 by setting the pump 2 on the lower part side of the closed container 1 free to pump up the oil 7 from the oil reservoir so on the lower part of the closed container 1, setting a motor 3 on it and setting the bulkhead 11 to divide the inside of the closed container 1 into the upper side space S1 and the lower side space S2 in a state where the upper and lower sides are communicated to each other on the lower side of a nozzle 5 of the pump 2.
