PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete dwelling house which is comfortable and healthy at a low price. SOLUTION: Concrete is placed in a form made by a pair of opposite inner and outer form panels with a carbide cork plate 5 in contact with the inner surface of an outer form panel, and after curing is performed for the placed concrete, a pair of inner and outer form panels are demolished to expose the wall body 6 of concrete to which the carbide cork plate 5 is stuck to the outer surface. Cement plaster 7 is applied to the inner surface of the wall body and the outer surface of the carbide cork plate 5 to finish a wall. This construction method is applied to the concrete building.
