PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actively fix a work device to a running body when running to suppress the work device from vibrating at a mode different from that of the running body so as to improve the durability and service life. SOLUTION: A receiving base 21 for the work device 10 is provided on the front end side of a chassis 2 of the running body 1, and a wooden shock absorbing member 24 is arranged on an upper end side of the receiving base 21. The lower face side of an arm 15 of the work device 10 is brought into contact with the shock absorbing member 24 to support the work device 10 from below by the receiving base 21. A pin type fixing device 25 is provided between the arm 15 of the work device 10 and the receiving base 21. A suspension bracket 26 on the arm 15 side is fixed to the receiving base 21 side by a connection pin.
