PURPOSE: A pulsator type drying and washing machine is provided to dry clothing in an inner tub directly for improving the convenience of users and improve the washing efficiency by washing the clothing in the pulsator type. CONSTITUTION: A pulsator type drying and washing machine includes a circulation duct(20) connected to a lower end of an outer tub at an end and positioned in the proximity of an upper part of an inner tub at the other end, a blowing fan mounted at a predetermined position of the circulation duct for forcibly circulating air, a heater mounted at a predetermined position of the circulation duct for heating the air flowing along the circulation duct, and a water supply duct connected between an upper part of the circulation duct and a water supply valve for supplying water supplied from the outside to an inner wall of the circulation duct, wherein the circulation duct is formed with a plurality of grooves(20a) on the inner wall for reducing the flow rate of the water to increase the heat exchange time period between the water and the hot and humid air.
