PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute data concerning the position of a person having a prescribed portable terminal for enabling real time contact. SOLUTION: This method has a step S1 for making the person having he prescribed portable terminal access a prescribed site to be connected with a blocking database and a position information managing database at least while using the portable terminal, step S2 for making the person, who performs access, transmit prescribed identification data for identifying the relevant accessing person, step S3 for detecting position data showing the position of the portable terminal, which persons this transmission, when the identification data are transmitted, step S4 for retrieving block data related with the position data from the blocking database on the basis of the detected position data, and step S5 for relationally storing the identification data and the retrieved block data in the position information managing database.
