PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable watch with an electronic device capable of improving the operability in changing the battery or in the maintenance, and capable of utilizing a regular-sized watch case. SOLUTION: An engagement projection 10c projecting downward is integrally formed in the outer periphery of the rear wall 10a of the watch case 10. A bowl-shaped synthetic resin storage lid 15 is attached to the rear surface of the watch case 10. An engagement groove 15a is formed in the storage lid 15, and by the engagement between the engagement groove 15a and the engagement projection 10c, the watch case 10 and the storage lid 15 are attached and held to each other. A circuit board 16 on which a sound generating device 16A is mounted is fixed inside a storage part X formed of the watch case 10 and the storage lid 15. A gap is formed between the watch case 10 and the storage lid 15 to make a sound releasing port 18 for releasing the sound to the outside.
