PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the shape of exterior wall material and to facilitate the installing procedure of exterior wall material for the inlet/outlet adjusting structure of exterior wall material. SOLUTION: A spring 23, a furring strip 12, and a cramp 24 are inserted and installed in sequence to a supporting bolt 21 provided to a floor beam 11 when attaching the furring strip 12 as the exterior wall material to enable the furring strip 12 to be held tight between the cramp 24 and the spring 23 and at the same time to make the inlet/outlet amount at the installing position of the furring strip 12 adjustable by adjusting the setting positions of the cramp 24 and the spring 23 against the supporting bolt 21.
